In short
We log no telemetry and keep no personal information about you. No name, email address, phone number or password is ever asked for.
What we do not record
- No analytics, trackers or telemetry on this site. Third-party scripts are blocked outright.
- No access logs: our server does not record your address, browser or the pages you visit, and neither does our payment page.
- No tracking or advertising cookies.
What we keep, and why
- Your account number, only as a keyed one-way hash that cannot be turned back into the number.
- Your random account name, so support can find you, and the date you last used the account.
- Your orders, what they cost and how they were paid, and your credit history.
- What we delivered to you, encrypted, opened only on your own delivery page, and a record of when it was opened.
- For each download, how many times it was taken per day; not by whom.
An account with no order and no credit is closed after 7 days without use, and its data is deleted.
Stopping abuse
To limit sign-in attempts and new accounts, we count requests per connection under a keyed one-way code made from its address. The address itself is never stored, and the counts are deleted within two days.
Payments
Crypto payments go through our own payment service, which keeps the transaction ID needed to confirm your payment; that ID is already public on its network. Middleman payments run through Telegram, under Telegram’s and the middleman’s own terms.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in. That is the only one.
Cloudflare
Traffic reaches this site through Cloudflare, which carries the connection as any network provider does. Its analytics are blocked on our pages.
